Does Pink Kiwi store my supplier invoice?
Files are processed to extract line items for the comparison and are not saved to a permanent invoice archive. If you request an email, it contains the gated comparison report rather than the original file.
Why do I review extracted lines before price matching?
Invoice layouts vary. Reviewing product names, quantities, pack identifiers, and prices prevents a reading error from creating a misleading comparison or an incorrect cart.
Can Pink Kiwi source products that are not in the catalog?
Yes. Registered clinics can turn unmatched invoice lines into one supplier quote request with the extracted descriptions, quantities, and target prices.
